Exercise Classes


We are proud to offer a wide range of classes here at Wells Blue Sports Centre! Classes are free for direct debit and annual members, pay as you train users pay per session. We strongly recommend booking onto your class to guarantee you a space; this can be done over the phone or at the centre up to 6 days before the class.

SPIN

On Spin bikes (stationary indoor bikes), riders experience a challenging, exhilarating and fun workout. Great for blasting calories!

Body Conditioning

A heart raising aerobic workout to music, which focuses on cardio work and body toning.

Circuits

A fantastic station-based, workout incorporating all aspects of fitness.

Legs, Tums & Bums

A workout to tone up the legs, tums and bums through effective exercises as well as increasing your level of fitness.

Pilates

Invigorating exercise which promotes inner-stability, mobility and posture through various stress relieving exercises.

Zumba

A Latin inspired exercise class with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!

50 Plus

This class offers exercises for mobility flexibility, stamina and fitness. The class takes place on a friendly and social basis incorporating aerobic and stretches in our Dance Studio and group resistance work in our Fitness suite.

YOGA

An all round Yoga class working on flexibility, relaxation and meditation. Aiming to improve balance of the whole body. The class is suitable for all.

The Centre is open to the public during the times stated above. The fitness suite and weights room are open throughout our opening hours. Between 09.00-15.30 during term time weekdays, other facilities are subject to availability.
